Voting

We had a lot of fun learning about how our voting system works and how we can be good citizens by voting. We held an election to decide what our favorite class color was.  

We started out by introducing what a ballot looked like.  Students went into our private voting area and chose their favorite color, and then they placed them in our "official" voting box.  Once they voted, student recieved an "I voted today" bracelet.  After tallying the count, the winner of our class vote for favorite color was purple.
